Refund and Returns Policy

The return policy at PetBuzz Shop is very simple. You may return any product for up to 30 days after you receive the order. The only exceptions are closeout items, which is specified at the time of purchase.

All returned items must be received in new, unworn, resellable condition with all tags and packaging. The item must be hair-free and not smell like a dog, smoke or perfume. If we receive your item and it does not meet these requirements, we cannot offer you a refund or return the item back to you. The item will be donated to a local shelter.

Want to Make it Easy? We can email you a return label. Simply affix it to the package & leave it in your mailbox or mail center. We will deduct return shipping costs from your refund.

Having Issues Choosing the Right Size? All dogs are sized differently & many size guides/charts just go by your dog’s weight. We try very hard to update the sizing charts for all products. Please read them carefully and call us with questions. If your dog has an injury we suggest ordering both sizes & we will email you a prepaid return label to make it easier to try items on your dog. In this case, (on most urgent healing items) return postage is on us.

Product Exchanges

Due to the differences in the pricing for different sizes and to ensure items are in stock, we do not offer product exchanges. Instead, please send your items back according to the instructions above, and then place a brand new order for the product(s) you want as a replacement, or wait for your store credit before doing so. We’ll get your new order out right away. Once your return is received back, you will be credited in full to the method of payment method on file.

Return Shipping for Returns & Exchanges

Return shipping is your responsibility. The item must be returned within 30 days via a traceable shipping service to be eligible for a refund. If the item is returned damaged, the item will not be eligible for exchange or refund of the purchase amount. Items returned beyond the 30 day limit cannot be refunded. We will gladly provide you a pre-paid return label. Note that we will deduct the cost of return postage from your refund.
Closeout items cannot be returned except for manufacturer’s defects.
If you return a product that qualified for a Free Shipping promotion, the actual outbound shipping costs will be deducted from your refund amount (we will provide you with the exact amount when the return is processed).
We do not pay return postage for returns, except for mistakes by us or defective items, as described below.
Your refund will be for the purchase price of the item. Shipping is not refundable.

Whoops! We Made a Mistake.

Like we mentioned before, our customer service and fulfillment teams are made up of real people and occasionally we do make mistakes. In the unlikely event that you have received the wrong item or something is missing from your order, please contact us and we will fix the issue as quickly as possible. We will send you a pre-paid return label to send the incorrect item back to us and we will send out the correct item in exchange.

Defective Items

We test everything before we send it out, so it’s unlikely you will receive a defective product. But if your product proves to be defective within 30 days of receiving your order, contact us for a replacement.

If it’s been longer than 30 days or the product is covered by a manufacturer’s warranty, please contact the manufacturer directly for replacement or repair. Information should be located on the packaging and/or the product itself, but we’re happy to help you find it.
